Returns

At La mienne we do not accept returns on Vintage, Secondhand or Couture items. For our Couture items you can bring it back if it doesn't fit as you hoped or want to alter the length. For vintage and secondhand items we do accept exchange, however the postage is the customers cost. You will have 14 days to send it back for the exchange.

Currently only delivering within Switzerland.

Delivery charges depend on size of item.

Small package 7,00.-

Medium package 7,00.-

Large package 10,00.-

For our packaging we don't buy new boxes as we want to be as ethical as possible!
